This multivitamin really boosts my energy, making me feel more awake and energized during the day. It's completely different from the multivitamins I've ever bought. Make sure to take one capsule every 3-4 hours before or after meals. If not, your body simply excretes the tablet. You won't that to happen, right? Yummy Instant Mass Heavyweight 🤤

You all should know that the instant mass heavyweight by Reflex Nutrition is really great. When I first tried it, I mixed it with milk, but it just didn't taste right for me. But then, I tried with some water, and surprisingly it's so delicious. Not too sweet, and doesn't have a bitter aftertaste. Overall, the quality is great 👍🏻👍🏻. I'm really hoping they'll release a green tea flavor soon 🤞. I'm sure it would be just as delicious.
